I made a gif! I do picture everyone living in giant pods like these in the future, because we've either used up all the land, or devastated it completely. I'm trying to practice animation so that I can make little cartoons of some of my characters, so that's what I've done with this challenge. Hopefully I'll be able to improve, and work on longer projects in THE FUTURE!
That is so freaking cool! Now I'm really going to have to step it up. I have three hours.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to pull it off, or that I would mess up the animation at some point without noticing it (because in Photoshop it all looks like one image, so you can't really tell how you're arranging things. You just have to remember the order of the layers.) I did mess up on the back UFO for one frame, and had trouble trying to fix it, but it isn't really noticeable.
DeleteNow I'm just watching the flying saucer over and over, trying to figure out how you messed up. I can't see anything odd about it.
DeleteThere's a frame missing near the very end of its course because I accidentally copied the layer without moving the UFO, and then merged it to the gradient and city layers before I noticed. I tried to fix it, but my version of photoshop must be buggy, because it wasn't having it, so instead I just deleted the extra frame with the UFO in he same place. It makes it look like the UFO sped up a lot as it left.
